you should never stop playing videogames
Today I'm 46 years old, should I stop playing video games?
Hell no, Claude. As a twenty seven year old, I constantly feel like an old fogey when confronted by kids who weren't even born yet when I was rocking out to Steppenwolf with my SNES back in the day. Your presence puts it all into perspective.

You should never stop, but you must have the willpower to control it, make sure your social life isn't lacking, are you married? with kids? if not, and you do want that, then give up games right away(for a time), and dedicate your time to that, if you are where you want to be, then just proceed.
" Hell man, I need a new PC, PS3... throw in Kinect and Move and I'm out of the loop. I just want to play them all. "
Sorry,I just had to.
" Keep playing if you still enjoy playing games Stop playing if you don't enjoy playing games anymore "I was literally about to say this. This is the logical answer.
Yes, Claude. And then you should go ahead and hand your testicles over to The Man. Look, you and I both know life isn't about conforming to societal norms. Gaming doesn't hurt anyone (save for crazy ass Koreans who can't tear themselves away from the screen). Why spend your life putting aside the things you love or deeply enjoy just because other people think it's time to "grow up?"
But you should most certainly do this:

No Claude. Be yourself. As long as you don't alienate the people around you, never stop playing video games. Sure, you may be almost as old as my mom, but I hope that when I'm 46 I will still be playing them too. Or hiding in a bunker to be safe from the radiation.

It is up to you, but you should never be ashamed of the things that you are into (unless you're hurting yourself or other people, but that's another thing entirely).
