For me it's:
The Sniper 2 - It features one of the most cliched black characters I've ever seen, hilariously bad dialogue, and a paper thin storyline. It was released on the Playstation 2, and it looks like it belongs on the Nintendo 64.
Big Rigs Over The Road Racing - I started a race once and I won it before even accelerating. I then tried to start another one and the game crashed. When you do eventually get to play, you'll have the time of your life traversing the galaxy in your magical truck that would make Newton's head explode.
House Of The Dead 2 - All you have to do is listen... The WORST dialogue I've ever heard. Awesome music though!
