Torrent Sites

SO youre not allowed to talk about torrents on here. So heres my new question. Pokemon or DIgimon?

They are all getting shut down . Also isn't is against the rules to talk about torrents ? i can't remember

hmm weird, I swear i remember downloading the windows 7 beta from the microsoft website via torrent link, i guess that makes microsoft a pirate.

If this thread gets locked then this sites moderators really have gone downhill.

Pokémon, Digimon felt really tacky too me. 
 
As for torrent sites, they themselves aren't actually illegal. It's just that people have used them to upload premium content that they otherwise have no right to upload and distribute. That's what is illegal.

For the record the reason why we frown upon discussion about torrent sites is that inevitably people always turn it into a discussion about the illegal uses and benefits for illegal means that torrent sites provide. Essentially people cross the fine line between talking about piracy and providing methods to support it.
