No matter what it will not accept my address. I have tried multiple times now and am wondering if anyone here encountered this problem before.

@ImmortalSaiyan: That's unusual, I'm not entirely sure what's wrong but have you tried making an account through the official PS3 site rather then through yourr PS3?
