Trying to think of an old arcade game

This is completely random but I'm trying to think of this old arcade game I used to play as a kid.  It's kind of hard to explain but it almost like an extreme futuristic version of track and field.  The game it's self only had three colored buttons, no stick, and the different events just consisted of tapping the buttons as fast as you can to sprint, jump ect.  One of the events I remember was almost like a javelin toss but you were throwing a rocket instead so you would tap two buttons as fast as you can to run then you would hit the third at just the right time to throw (again much like track and field).   I know this is completely random but trying to remember this is murdering me and any help would be nice!
