Ubisoft Uplay... wait wtf?

Trying to sign into uplay to get some stuff for Ghost Recon Future Soldier today and it's telling me that my username is ingrown_penis?

What the hell happened? I doubt I could've been hacked does anyone have similar problems?

I laughed pretty hard at this, sorry. I have no idea what happened. Mine is still what I set it as years and years ago.

hahahaha that is good. Never have signed up to that stuff. Sorry to hear you have been hacked on your uplay account for whatever reason.

@xaLieNxGrEyx: I'm sure you've noticed, but you can't manually change the username on your own. I find it weird that someone was able to change it. Anyways, I hope they let you change it. I'd like to change mine too.

Is it attached to your email? Who else has your email?

No one I'm confused? How long has uplay been around? I'm starting to think I actually did this just to screw with the service years ago...

Uplay came out around Assassins Creed 2. good name, good name.

I was thinking maybe like Rainbow Six Vegas 2 or something. I honestly don't know but I'm pretty sure I did this, but I don't remember when or how.

Your current username is xaLieNGrEyx so I think you may not remember but most probably did actually choose the name ingrown_penis before...

I want to thank you for the good laugh. I found that to be quite amusing. Hopefully, you didn't get hacked and are able to work everything out though.

Uplay just took the username I created years before Uplay was even a thing and it used that for my Uplay name, so if you didn't create that name then I don't know what's going on.

I for one like my username, I have interest in space and aliens, and Greys are the most popular species of alien and what most people describe true or not.

You have named yourself after a video game franchise congratulations. Maybe I'll make a new account and call myself MaxPayne.

I think it has taken my facebook email and log itself into the psn with it. I must have at one point years ago made the account as a joke. Now I can't get the Ghost Recon Commander rewards to upload to my proper account. This is just annoying I hate 3rd party services they always suck. I just want the extra gun camo.

I promise it wasn't me... I don't even fully comprehend most zip file stuff yet...

I set up an account 3 days ago, and the whole service was acting funky. Maybe they got hacked and keep it on the down low.

And I was able to chose my own account name.

No I have not named myself after a video game franchise. The complete "Deus ex Machina" was taken and the fact that the phrase is known mostly for the game that uses it is baffling to me. And no, it wasn´t an insult. I would have been ok if your name was AlienGrey or something like that. Just don´t surround it with Xs like an XboxLive 12 year old kid.

It's a Gamebattles thing, which is mostly compiled of 12 year olds I suppose. I like the symmetrical look and I don't round it in with others who use x's. It's a username and I enjoy it.

leaving right now to register that username on all the sites i use, you got a good one there :p

You should change it to outgrown_vagina.
