UUMMM....Why did my membership get canceled???

So yeah, I got an email this morning saying my membership was canceled and it asked me to fill out a questionare on why...I DIDNT!!! I am a 5 dollar a month silver member, I always have a payment deducted from my bank, and now this...I was very upset when I couldnt download a video I wanted to watch on my break at work...WHAT GIVES??? Who do I contact...This sucks...

Did you have auto-renew turned off?  Was your account attached to a dead credit card?  And most importantly: why not just renew instead of making a thread about it?

No to the dead credit card, and auto renew has been on or it wouldnt have auto renew for the past 8 months...and why I came here first is because I thought there were friends on this site, not people who scrutinize my every action...Oh right, this is the internets...Thanks to the ones that helped

Contact support@whiskeymedia.com about billing issues. No one here will be able to help you with payment issues. It's likely a glitch in the system & it'll be easy to sort out, but emailing support is the way to sort it all out.
