Baldur's Gate II or Freespace 2

the baldur's gate II video tagline could something along the lines of "you thought people overreacted when brad played shadows of the colossus poorly? it will be nothing compared to the rage people feel at this video of us playing one of the most beloved rpgs of all time" :]

Demon's Souls would be awesome. It's not a PC game but it fits the show perfectly.

This.

More specifically, a low intelligence character in Fallout 1 or 2.

+1 I want them to cover old games that are getting sequels. The way daggerfall is getting skyrim.

Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines. This would be amazing.

#22 Posted by Rayeth (1037 posts) -

X-Com: UFO Defense is my vote. Really anything from the X-Com series should work.

Ultima VII.

#32 Posted by HotSauceMagik (264 posts) -

@Gabriel: Ya I didn't look. It spawned when they finished today's live stream and said "give us some suggestions for games to do".

Have a mod merge them if you want. I don't care.

BATTLEFIELD: 1942. Still my favourite PC game of all time. There's still packed 64 player servers up, 10 years after release.

#34 Posted by HotSauceMagik (264 posts) -

Thought of another good one... Betrayal at Krondor...$5 at Gog i believe....

Yup, this sounds good to me as well.

Also, as I suggested in the previous thread, Rise of the Triad would be highly appreciated.

Even... X-COM enforcer? Or even X-COM apocalypse? For as much as people like to think of X-COM as a series, it's pretty much one good game, a game that is good by virtue of it being the exact same as the first game (but harder), a game that tried something different to negative results, and two mediocre spinoffs.

And, as I said in the other thread: Temple of Elemental Evil, although the start of that game is less than exciting. Maybe start from a save file a few hours in?

Real-time flight simulator, London to Sydney. 2 hour stop-over in Abu Dhabi.

I am sure System Shock 1 & 2 have already been mentioned. If they haven't, then either System Shock 1 or 2.

Baldur's Gate II

#49 Posted by EToaster (129 posts) -

X-Com would be a good choice, but for something more random, I'll say Wizardry 8.

Hell yeah X-COM Apocalypse. I loved that game. Never played enforcer though, so can't comment on that one. But they wanted old games. Those are old, and UFO Defense is a classic awesome game.

ToEE is a broke ass game in the same way as Daggerfall and is totally in need of several community patches to make it playable.
