Giant Bomb era? You mean Blues News doesn't count? I'm still using that as my answer, and I'm still asking for The Maw.

#3 Posted by Romination (2777 posts) -

Something that had me laughing was when the Bombcast guys were doing their Game of the Year podcasts and there was an envelope on the table from Dave that said "Break in case of Game of the Year stalemate". We never got to find out what it was, but the assurance that there was some sort of crazy-ass Russian game in there was pretty funny to me.

I also like the unkempt lumberjack beard he had when he was first shown on camera.

And I would ask for The Maw.

I dunno if any one moment sticks out. So I'm going with the lengthy period he spent entertaining call-in people when the site was down during Whiskeypocalypse. I also appreciate his tireless campaign to promote random PC RPGs from around the world.

Talking of obscure RPGs, I'll go for ToEE again. I can't imagine it'll be available for long.

The Whiskeypocalypse radio show off course, it was amazing. And for game I would like the force unleashed

#6 Edited by sharma55 (458 posts) -

Definitely that show he did when all the sites were down due to the Amazon outage.

I'll go for Half Life 2.

EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY!

I LOVE LIFE! Nimbus - Steam :D

The Whiskeypocalypse shows were great but I love the quicklook that he, Ryan and Vinny did of Cryostasis. Dave's inexplicable love of eastern-bloc games is just so darn endearing.

Lego Batman please.

#9 Posted by RockinKemosabe (619 posts) -

I still believe the moment where Dave defeated Jeff over the Madden/Wolfenstein bet was the greatest moment of victory for Dave Snider. Dave doing the Jeff dance was especially great.

Ten/Die/Prime (what's the official way to write the name?) is up there.

I'm in for Lego Batman.

yesterday (TNT) was insane

examining dave's past was hilarious

put me down for Terraria

#12 Posted by Sparky_Buzzsaw (6341 posts) -

Definitely his work during the Whiskeyocalypse. Manning the Internet radio like that was some solid, entertaining spur-of-the-moment work.

I'm still hounding after that copy of Temple of Elemental Evil.

I was going to say Outback Confessions, but it is more of a getting to know MattBodega type video. Although the thought of Dave taking Kessler out to eat while the Bombsquad was at E3 is heartwarming. But, I'm going to go with Jeff sings!

Dave's outrage at the noise emanating from the podcast room turns a hilarious LOL moment into a bellyaching, can't breathe, I'm dying ROFLMAO moment. I'd like H.A.W.X. please.

Man its hard to be specific. The whole whiskeypocalypse was amazing. Playing Portal 2 and listening to Dave talk to users on the phone was a great time.

Puzzle Agent -Steam.

I usually never participate in these things but I'm hella broke so I'm in now.

I have to nominate the way he helped me just few hours ago, when I encountered a problem on the site and Dave made sure that I can again enjoy all of the Giant Bomb. Not exactly funny piece of content, but awesome nevertheless.

(AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!!)

#16 Posted by streetninja (157 posts) -

Does all the stuff that came out of this week's TNT count? If not, then how about him winning the Madden vs Wolfenstein bet.

I'll go for Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit, again.

#18 Posted by SaturdayNightSpecials (2427 posts) -

Fuckin' Whirlworld.

I'd like Force Unleashed.

If Giant Bomb were a working class folk song, what would it sound like?

The Temple of Elemental Evil if I get picked.
#20 Posted by ArbitraryWater (11995 posts) -

Call in radio show during the Whiskeypocalypse of course.

Still going for that Half Life bundle. I now have a half-decent computer. Might as well show that off by... playing a 7 year old game...? Man, I'm OLD.

#21 Posted by FateOfNever (1855 posts) -

She's a hot little piece of sim!

Ok, that's probably not my favorite thing, Whiskeyacolypse was amazing, and... really, most of the things Dave does/are involved with are awesome. I also liked the "Warhammer Week" videos, kind of wish something like that would make a comeback, but, I doubt we'll get something like that again. Also enjoyed the Happy Hour where they had Dave drinking and playing Gran Trurismo, that was pretty good.

Anyhoo, put me down for DBZ again.

Nimbus - the TNT thing yesterday ^___^

#25 Posted by LittleBigJono (252 posts) -

When Dave yells 'I'm trying to build a website out here!' or something along those lines from outside the room during one of the early bombcasts because the crew are being too loud.
Shooting for Half-life 2 :)

I can't remember precisely what the site was doing at the time, but while waiting for a very early (year-wise) live feed to start, Dave was parading around. At the request of everyone in the chatroom, he took off his shirt. That, was a good Dave moment. Terraria ^^

#28 Posted by Daiphyer (1349 posts) -

When he took his shirt off in the Giantbomb panel last year!

The Maw. Thank you kind sir.

#29 Posted by kashif1 (1428 posts) -

his managing of the Whiskeypocalypse
Half life bundle please

#30 Posted by nbesnerson (34 posts) -

I'd have to say the Whiskeypocalypse as well. I can't believe he sat there for so long like he did. Kudos SuperDave.

I have never played Portal. So Portal please...

#31 Posted by HumanityPlague (251 posts) -

My favorite Dave moment is during the "Buzz! Quiz World" quick look.  It's during the musical questions segment, about 21 minutes in.  The question is "What was his band "Sleeping With" in their 2003 hit?"  Dave answered, "nemies", then explained, "I'd sleep with enemies.....grudge fuck", to which Jeff responds "Fair enough".

I'd like that Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit for the 360.  I'm dumb like that.

#32 Posted by sissylion (679 posts) -

I'd have to say my favorite Dave moment is him taking off his shirt during the Not Like This livestream. He told the chat that he would do it if it reached a certain amount of viewers (500 or 1000, I believe), and then immediately regretted it once he said it. You could see the dismay and fear in his eyes as he did it. I would be partial to receiving Puzzle Agent.

#33 Posted by JoeyIA (662 posts) -

Eve Online sounds like a bat-shit-crazy game.

I'd like DBZ for 360 or Untold Legends for PS3.

Keep up the good work Vito!
