As much as I love Uncharted, I would have to say Bioshock Infinite. Uncharted 3 would be a close second, though. And even though I didn't enjoy Oblivion, Skyrim now has me officially on board.

No From Dust?  Weak.  Of these choices, probably Arkham City or Bioshock Infinite.  Mass Effect 3 is probably gonna be the greatest game ever, but I didn't see much that really displayed that at E3.

SSX gets my vote! 
However I am so so so impressed by Mass Effect 3, Bioshock Infinite, SFxT, Tomb Raider and The Old Republic so mad props!
