watercooling question

Hey guys, I just got a rig with a thermaltake bigwater 745. It has a 400L/hr pump.

WIll this pump be strong enough to cool an overclocked E8500 and a ATI4850?

It's not the best water cooler in the world but i'd like to get the most out of it.

I actually have no clue because I don't use water cooling ( I generally would rather throw a bunch of fans at my system). Perhaps someone else with more info will answer :)
