What can and can't be said in this friggin' forum?

I would hate to hear it's another ho hum tightly wound gaming forum.

For example, I once sent a picture of an animated turd fucking another animated turd in the ass to Rich Gallup, it was all in good fun. Good guy and everything and I can't remember the exact context, but it was pretty benign.

Are there ridiculous filters in this forum, or can you say what you want within reason?

Consdering that they're swearing on the Bombcast, I'm sure it's fine on the forums. Would be really fucking great too. Not many serious video game sites do allow vulgar language these days.

I don't see them putting up filters, I recall Ryan saying fuck in one podcast so it would be kind of inconsistent to ban it in the forums.

I'd say try to keep it within reason. I'd rather not have the guys drum up a bunch of filters to keep things "safe" or whatever.

it doesnt really matter to me as im not one to swear very often. but theres those times where i must...cuss....now...fuck. there.

The more swearing the better I say. Would it be possible to make an optional filter for swear words for those under a certain age or those who don't want to see swears, and the rest of us can go fucking mad?

I wouldn't abuse the privilege. You never know, they might reconsider.  Only use the words if it is absolutely necessary.

Swear, but don't just swear because you can.
