What do you use to watch Giant Bomb on your TV?

I've been using my MacBook Air with a mini display port to HDMI to watch videos on my TV for a long time. I'm tired of using a crappy mini keyboard/trackpad to start the video and make it fullscreen. I saw Norm's review of the Roku 3 on Tested and it reminded me that the Roku has a Giant Bomb app.

Does anyone use the Roku? What kind of steaming options does the Giant Bomb Roku app have? Will I be able to take advantage of the HD option I get for being a subscriber? Is there any way to watch subscriber only videos?

Does anyone use any other set top box for watching Giant Bomb?

I got a Boxee, it works almost flawlessly with GB, but it's kind of a dead platform, I hear the Roku stuff is pretty solid.

I download the videos to my office PC, then watch them on my living room PC. Both PCs run Windows 7.

Back on topic, I too just hook up my PC to my TV. I have an app on my phone that lets me control the mouse via touchscreen (it also has a mode that lets me use the my phone to control the mouse like a Wiimote, but it's not as accurate).

I use my brother's Roku box, but I really don't like it. It has an extremely sluggish UI.

I use the Giant Bomb youtube channel to watch it on my Apple TV, or I stream subscriber stuff from my Ipad to the Apple TV.

I've been using the WiiU's browser on the odd occasion I decide to watch some GB on TV.

I have a Roku, but afaik there is no way to watch subscriber content on it.

I think you're wrong. But then I may be wrong in declaring your wrongness. I recall a linking code that will tell the app that you're a subscriber, but it's been a while since I've used my Roku. You can definitely watch videos in HD.

Right now I just use my PC hooked up to my TV. Works great.

I use a Roku for most my GB viewing.

I, almost, exclusively watch gb stuff on my phone. My problem is that you have to use the twitch app to watch live stuff, and its a shit app (I recently found out you can just use the desktop site for live videos as well, which works better). Really wish they would support live vids on the mobile site, as premium live content can only be used on the site itself. Hopefully when they get everything straightened out (I'm guessing after e3), we'll see some big improvements in areas such as these.

Yes, you automatically get HD (according to Internet speed) when streaming. No, you can't watch live stuff. Recently found an unofficial twitch app for Roku, but missed trying it for Unprofessional Friday yesterday. May work for regular live events. Hope that helps.

I use the apple tv + ithing if I want to pause recorded videos and such. I use a long dvi->vga cable to the tv for live streams.

Yeah, non-premium live streams can be watched through an unoffical app. I do that whenever i'm around during a live event.

There is no current way i'm aware of to watch *live* premium content through the roku.

For the longest, I used the PS3 Youtube app. Then I discovered the wonders of PS3 Media Server, and now I download the HD files on my iMac and stream them wirelessly to my PS3.

Still haven't figured out a way to watch live events on the TV, though, since the Browser can't handle GB's site or Twitch's video format. It's a bummer since I can watch bootlegged sports broadcasts (I haven't had cable in years, just Hulu/Netflix for shows and a site formerly known as The Front Row for blurry but live sports) perfectly fine even though that site involves shadiness to the nth degree when it comes to ads and Java scripts.

I use the YouTube app on my PS3 and for subscriber/live videos, I hook up my MacBook to the TV.

Shameless plug: If you have an iPhone/iPad plus something that can act as an AirPlay receiver (like an Apple TV or a device running XBMC), Giant Bomb Video Buddy can handle everything but livestreams.

It's a one button process.

We use Apple TV at work to project tons of iPad stuff, it's great.

My TV is my second monitor, so I just move the window over there.
