Question says it all. What the heck is it?

Wait, what does "Allow this post to be an answerable question" mean? I'll click on it, because I would like for someone to answer said questions

The pin? It keeps the video showing while you scroll down.

And if you tick it you can choose a reply as the best answer. Or something along those lines.

you can scroll down the page and the video section is locked to the top of the screen.

'allow this post to be an answerable question' means you can pick a response to be your answer of choice, whether you liked it or it answered your question properly
