Um not sure if they even officially acknowledged KH3 as a real thing yet, just fans hope. With quite a few of these (Last Guardian, FF versus and BG&E2) it seems like a "hold on til we're ready" vibe. But in theory they will be on shelf someday. But yeah...someday is a bummer.

Prey 2 - There was a conflict between the publisher (Bethesda) and the developer (Human Head). Current status unknown.

Brothers in Arms: Furious 4 - Still in development. No longer part of the Brothers in Arms franchise.

Beyond Good and Evil 2 - Apparently waiting for the next-gen consoles.

Final Fantasy Versus 13 - Still in development. I think there have been rumors that it's now Final Fantasy XV for the PS4.

The Last Guardian - Still in development

Agent - Vaporware

Doom 4 - Still in development

My guess would break down like this

Agent - on hold for life right now

Shenume 3 - dead , never happen until kick started maybe?

The Last Guardian - working on it could reappear at E3 as a ps4 title

Doom 4 - on hold until next great idea or until id shooters sell better

Kingdom Hearts 3 - On hold until versus is done

Final Fantasy Versus 13 - rumored to be changed to FF15

I will disagree with all the Last guardian moving to PS4. That would require recoding the entire game becasue as Sony stated, PS3 games will not be playable on PS4. I think the game comes out, but will be only for the PS3.

If I were to guess; I would say that FF Versus 13 is primarily finished (at least enough that their top guys aren't needed for it any more) but now in development hell as they try and remake it for the next systems. Kingdom Hearts 3 is probably in development now (as they are filling in their yearly-kingdom hearts releases with HD remakes for the short term future). I don't really know anything of the others (but my guess is that at least The Last Guardian might make a short appearance at E3 - Beyond Good and Evil 2 might as well).
