What should I do today?

I have the money to buy a copy of the original Left 4 Dead. Should I do that, or should I skip it and buy Left 4 Dead 2 in a couple of weeks?

From the sounds of it, L4D2 is a great improvement over L4D, so I'd say skip L4D and go straight to L4D2.

I'd just get L4D2. It's got more stuff to it than the first game.

i would say get left 4 dead 2. u really don't need to play the first one to play the second one.

yeeeaaaahhhhh, I got l4d for 20 bucks at walmart a while back. I would overall say now that l4d2 is out to not even bother. not to say that l4d isnt fun or isnt a good game i spent my last few months as a senior in highschool with some pretty fun times. l4d2 has just vastly improved over the last game

L4D2 will cannibalize the L4D community and is pretty much a superior game in every aspect. I would definitely not waste any money on L4D at this point.

I don't know why SKIP IT, if I was you I'd lock Left 4 Dead 2 down now, while everybody's still playing it.
