should I get an Ipod touch or a ps3. i have a 360 and an ipod classic. I am a huge MGS fan, but I need an on the go portable multimedia/game device. Do not say DS or PSP.

Care to support your claim? Because I've only owned one Apple product, and that is my Ipod, and I believe that it is one of the best smaller investments I've ever made.
Ipod Touch provides good on-the-go fun, but if you've already got an mp3 player then making the upgrade JUST for apps probably isn't worth it. 95% of the time I use mine just to listen to music, and though apps are good in brief downtime, it's nothing lasting. One thing to think about; can your current ipod play movies? That could sway it I guess, though I never really got into the whole 'squinting at a tiny screen to watch a poor quality version of a film I probably already own' scene, but hey, you may be different.
Apart from that, if you can name 3 or 4 games you want for the ps3, then that's no bad choice either.
Only get the iPod Touch if you want to mess around with Apps, nothing else. It is still quite low on storage so there is no possibility it can hold about one half of my music at the moment. A PS3 has great games and, most important in my opinion, is a Blu-Ray player. That is my favorite feature of it.
It's really dependent upon your lifestyle. I love my iPod for working out and walking. If you think you're going to listen to music way more often than you'll game or use a Blu-Ray player, then go with the iPod. Or vice versa. Both are great.
Anyway, between those two I would say a ps3, its got high quality games, and in my opinion the Ipod Touch is not a gaming console (if that's what you are looking for in it)

Because they're overpriced for their feature sets. They sell on image and marketing rather than actual product value.
