If you have a HD-TV and want to play Blu Ray, get a PS3.

If you have a HD-TV and you want to play the best games, get a Xbox 360.
If you don't have a HD-TV get Xbox 360.

Wii, unfortunately. But as far as real systems go, probably Xbox 360. Not sure if PS3 will catch up.

The Wii will sell the most but the 360 will delivery the best titles.

Obviously the Wii(Though the Wii lineup for 2009 actually looks pretty good).

The Wii has the best lineup announced so far. Can't speak on the second half, but Wii will dominate the former half of this year with exclusives.

Uh, no thank you. inFamous and Killzone 2 are exclusive on PS3! Then you factor in Resident Evil 5 and other multiplats not availbable on Wii, and the Wii's line-up is mediocre as usual.

But the real winner is any system that can play Burnout Paradise, which isn't the Wii.

The Wii will have a great first quarter this year, but then again, so did 2008.

I think the PS3 is shaping up considerably right now. As Blu ray gains prominence and the economy declines. The PS3 seems to be the most wallet friendly console (Blu ray player and game console for $400.00). PSN and the Playstation 3 library have also improved considerably since the console's release. Not to mention the PS3 hardware is exponentially more reliable then the Xbox 360. As the owner of both an XBOX 360 and PS3, I highly recommend the Playstation 3 at this point in the hardware generation.
