Whats the best moment from Metal Gear Solid 4?

Listening to the latest Bombcast I was reminded of all the extremely awesome moments and set pieces in the game that made it game of the year material. So, the question is what is the best moment, sequence or set piece for you from MGS4? I think the Bombcast convinced me that the final fight with Liquid Ocelot and the way the music changed was the best part for me

Easily when Raiden fought Vamp and it goes...

Vamp: "You too, immortal?"
Raiden: "No...I just don't fear death"

Then Raiden gets broken free and it is just so damn sick!

Definately the cutscene after the metal gear on metal gear fight when  you chace liquid towards his battleship. everything that happened there was WHAT!!!!!!?!?!

When Vamp finally dies: "Doctor........"
