Whats the difference between The Force Unleashed and TFU Sith ed?

ya title. are they the same game just that the sith edition has extra stuff?

I believe that the sith edition thingy has two(or is it three?) extra levels. 
That's all I remember hearing, like a Hoth level and something else. And another costume for your dude

Isn't the Ultimate Sith Edition pretty much like a GOTY edition, DLC included plus some other stuff. 

The Sith Edition has the DLC on disc. I believe that's the only difference.
