Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection was pretty great, as were the first two Midway Arcade Treasures.

I don't own any. Am I a bad person?

Super Mario All Stars is probably still my favorite.    16-bit remakes of SMB1, the real SMB 2 (the difficult Japan-only one), American SMB2, SMB3 & Super Mario World.
