Whats your gaming stance?

Either sitting on my sofa (for PC gaming on my laptop) or lying on my sofa (for console gaming).

Usually I'm seated in my gaming chair... but in the event of something epic (pretty much most of anything that happens in any Metal Gear game) I tend to stand up xD I can't game lying down for some reason =P

I sit on my chair.

I usually sit on the edge of my couch. I can't play sitting all laid back...I really don't know why.

Sitting on the floor in front of the TV.  Got into that habit ever since the NES days.  Obviously on a chair in front of a PC.

I almost never lean to the sides, I find it hard to play a game right that way.

On my bed lying down, comfort is the main thing if you plan to go for a 10 hour game playing marathon.

 I really hurt my back once because i was playing while leaning to my side.

I used to lie down on the couch when I played. Then HD happened, and I didn't move with the times. Text became much harder to read. I now sit on the floor, leaning against the futon, head turned 45ish degrees to the TV.

It really depends on the game.

I lie forwards on my bed looking up at the television. It's really bad for my posture.

One hand holding the controller, the other pouring a tin of syrup on myself.

Laying on my bed.

Hanging upside down from my feet, like a bat...

To be honest, I just sit on the couch or a chair...

I, uh, generally fill a small plastic pool full of green Jell-o, put on a pair of plaid shorts and a tuxedo t-shirt, and plop in for a few hours of gaming.  What?  Don't judge me!

Sitting at my desk. I do my best to maintain a good posture and not slouch or slide down in my chair.

Playing on my Xbox 360, I sit in my computer chair, several feet away from my monitor.

In my boxers while sitting on the couch. 

Bean Bag chairs FTW! I do play Guitar Hero standing up just becuse it much easier to play that way. I can't get my fake rockstar feeling sitting down...

Sitting, or lying in my bed.

Sitting on my bed. I didn't know there was any other way.

I just sit in a chair when playing but my little 9 year old brother always stands up when playing a game. Like it's so intense the edge of his seat don't cut it. "I gotta run that ho over so I can get my money back!!!"

I sit but if something starts to happen I stand slightly then if it keeps going I stand completly.

I sit with my arms extended to my keyboard and mouse until they get sore, at which point I take a break and have a TaP soda, or sometimes a Second Maid.

Sitting most of the time except when playing games like Wii Sports or The Bigs.

i sit when i play video games. i sit close to my chair if something awesome happens in the game.

Mounted on my pet Liger. My liger likes to lay down front onto the TV but when something epics going on she stands up and paces side to side still facing the TV.

I sit in front of my couch on the floor looking directling into it, my legs are criss crossed. Only if im playing online if i'm playing any single player campaign or guitar hero i sit on my couch.
