where can i get updates for the e3 press conferences

As I can't watch the conferences tonight ;( as I am going out to dinner but I have my iphone for me so does anyone any good sites or apps or twitter for it

Or you can go on Gamespot, IGN or Gametrailers and watch the conference streams yourself.

Its not that you cant find the information its which one to choose!
