Where do you find the best gamers to be from?

Whenever I check the profile of the guy who just went 69-1 in MW2, 9/10 times he's from Canada. Just wondering what results others have experienced in the gaming community.

A lot of the good halo players seem to be from either the midwest (Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin) or the west (California/Washington)
