Going to try and take atleast one game off of my backlog, so which should I play before Bloodborne and Dark Souls II destroy my next couple months

  • Majora's Mask (3DS)
  • Far Cry 4 (PS4)
  • Dragon Age Inquisition (PS4, about 20 hours in last time I played but REALLY not enjoying Rogue, haven't touched in about 2 months)
  • Alien Isolation (PS4)
  • Sunset Overdrive (Xbox One)
  • Sleeping Dogs (Xbox One)
  • Devil May Cry (Xbox One)

It's probably a lot of choices, but it's just some of the games I've picked up since Christmas and very recently that I haven't touched

I'd say DmC too because its a great game and you can finish it very quick.

Yeah, go for DmC. I'd probably stay away from the open world games because trying to steamroll the main story while ignoring side stuff might be a bad experience if the character upgrades are tied into you playing the game normally.

I'm actually going to suggest Sleeping Dogs.

It's oldest on there so it's the one that may potentially feel the most archaic, its fun and easy and not very long by Open World standards.

DmC will get your reflexes ready for that apparently aggressive combat system in Bloodborne and its a fun game.

There is NO WAY you will be able to finish Dragon Age before Bloodborne comes out. You should play DMC.

Sleeping Dogs is so good. I need to play through it again. (disclaimer: I also really like Hong Kong styled crime media though). DmC is also super good.

Too be fair, those are the only ones on this list I've played, but they are both fine games.

Majoras Mask is the one closest to my heart. But DmC and Sleeping Dogs are solid games you should check out.

Sunset Overdrive.

I say SO because it's going to be the most crazy difference between it and Bloodborne.

Which is why I'm playing Hotline Miami 2 now.

I'd recommend giving Dragon Age Inquisition another go at some point, maybe restart as a mage? I always find mages the most fun in those games, haven't tried a rogue in this one yet. If you like that kind of game it is really great imo, you just have to be a lil careful not to kill the pacing by doing tonnes of sidequests at once I found. I don't recommend playing it now though, it's pretty long and could burn you out.

I'd go for DmC or Majora's Mask personally.

DmC easily. I'm playing it again myself. The artstyle is amazing to look at all throughout the game, the cutscenes are good and it plays well. Go for Nephelim difficulty immediately though. You'll probably want to finish it again when you complete it the first time, and you can. It's not a crazy long game.

Sleeping Dogs is great, but Majora's Mask is easily the best game on that list, so play that.

Sleepy Dawgs. I loved that game.

DMC and Sunset Overdrive would be my back up choices. Majora's another good option, but you can always play that when you're out and about. So it's not the same.

Dragon Age will take too long. Sleeping Dogs is the best followed by Alien: Isolation, then DMC.
