A for obvious reasons. I made this poll because I was talking to one of my friends the other day and he says he cares more about video games then things that happen in real life, he is no longer my friend.
Which is more important to you?
" I chose A, but ironically I want to be a video game journalist when I "grow up" "That's what I thought I wanted to do for a while, it'll pass, trust me bro.

"That dude needs to get a grip on reality if that is true. Sure I care about games, but real life is far more important.
As another one of you guys (same age group), I'm inclined to agree with Emandude on this point. I also believed that's what I wanted to do... now not so much." @natetodamax said:

And also, my initial reaction to seeing the responses was "Loaded, poll is loaded!", and answered the obvious one of A because I don't care about being pro and all in video games, but I differ from many because I actually value video games more than almost any other aspect in my life.
Considering success is dependent on what you deem to be success, someone could say that to be successful in the 'real world' they'd have to be successeful at video games.
Not quite so farfetched now that games are becoming more like sports, and competetitions and tournaments are held with heaps of cash and stuff.

" Obviously A. I mean. I can't really put "Completed 100% of Mass Effect" on my resume, can I? "No but your boss would ask for tips most likely.
I could care less about being successful in video games. Even if I'm not very good I just want to have fun. Being successful in real life wouldn't be so bad either.
I want to be successful at life so I can afford to buy video games. I mean, it's kind of hard playing Dragon Age when you're living in a box.
But I do care a great deal about games. More so than, say, my social life or my over-all health. People annoy me and exercise makes more sore, but video games make me happy.
Isn't the answer obvious? Anybody who doesn't choose the one I did is obviously a loser.
I chose B by the way.
" @Emandudeguyperson said:" he is no longer my friend. "Not much of a friend are you? You should maybe try to help the guy out a little. "
I tried, it didn't work, he's stubborn.
I guess since I perfected being awesome at games as a child. I have all the time in the world for life.
So A.
" @natetodamax said:OK, well maybe for you it will but for me it never has. Being a games jouno is the bomb baby, don't let anyone tell you different." You get to see product launches and drink beers with hot womens, you get to play beta code of games that may never see the retail shelf. You get to PLAY GAMES FOR A LIVING.

Oh, so THAT'S why there are no games journalists in existance, they all passed that phase.
Oh, no, wait.
I personally would tell natetodamax to go for it and wish him all the luck in pursuing his career choice.
" Isn't the answer obvious? Anybody who doesn't choose the one I did is obviously a loser. "This man has pretty much summoned up just about every opinion on the Internet.
