Whiskey Tip Jar - General Discussion

So I was clicking around a bit today and went to the Giant Bomb store. I clicked "Semi Worthy Cause" at the top which linked to the "Whiskey Media Tip Jar." I understand that Whiskey media was deeply integrated into Giant Bomb (or vice versa) and it will take time to transfer everything away from Whiskey Media to Gamespot's acquisition.

I'm not generally one to "stir the pot" as it were, but I noticed that the last line on the Tip Jar page was as follows:

If nothing else, the money will help us hold off the enemy at our gates one more day.

Interesting.

@Bratcher_Lev: rivalvideogamewebsite.com was a joke site that had a picture of all the staff with fake mustaches on. It was changed to gamespot as a joke after the CBSi purchase. That seemed to have just been a missed detail. There's no intentional passive aggression here.
