I was just wondering because I was looking at the guide section before. Thanks!

Probably someone who's done a bunch of short, rubbish achievement guides, or unlockables guides, or something else like that. It's all about quality, not quantity.

I don't know about the most, but Lies has written the most in-depth and quite amazing guides for a few games, srsly the guy's a fucking wizard with words.

I'm planning to write a fair few retro game guides, but they won't be up for probably years as i'm planning something quite special for them all :D Full level layout images like Ye Olde strategy guides used to have. Working on Alien 3 (GEN) at the moment, a few levels in already but gotta stop working on it to move house this week.

I've only created three - for Geometry Wars 2, Fallout 3, and Oblivion - and contributed to a few others.  A lot of the guides that I want to edit are locked down, so I tend to put in a lot of comments when I want to add or debate something.
