I never liked Star Wars, and the Force Unleashed doesn't appeal to me, I won't have any money for Gears 2 either, and even if I did, I don't think my mother or father would take me to a launch.
For the most part, I will have my permit in a year (which, I hope is when D3 is out, preferably after November of 09, but before 2010), so then I would beg one of my brother's to tag along with me.

I'm 15, and will be 16 in May, thus, giving me the ability to get my permit in 6 months afterwards (hence the November of 09). D3 is mine at midnight the first day, no doubt.
I think it is 16.5 years old when you get your permit, I don't know.
So...yeah..I didn't get to go to the midnight launch...I was reading a book waiting to go to Game Stop and I fell asleep...i woke back up at like 12:45 and it was already too late to drive over there so I got it today after work and I have to say it is pretty fun, but that is just a first impression, so I don't know how I fell about the game as a whole yet.
No. Its going to be a 20 dollar bargain bin game for me. It seemed like a bargain bin game from around 6 months ago when there were reports of it getting repetitive after like the 3rd level.
Its not worth buying..there'sbeen like 2 or 3 threads asking this question I think..check out the reviews its getting, check out Jeff's review..basically its a game with a lot of great ideas that just doesn't pull it off..it has a lot in the package that it tried to cram together, but its just an average game at best..worth a rent , but if you buy it (unless you're a huge SW fan and don't care about all of this, or you found the demo super super fun and find the game amazingly fun) you're ripping yourself off spending 60$ on it..some fun is to be had for it definitely, just not 60$ worth..5$ rent worth? sure..its also really short,and has no replay value being another reason.
I'm doing midnight launch for Gow2... Thats about it... I did Halo 3 and turned right around when i saw the line and came back at 9am in the morning...
