yeah, U younger gamers might not know this but Alex Kidd and Pit from Kid Icarus were kind of the mascots for Sega before Sonic the HEdgehog.....Mario has clearly always been the frontrunner for mascot of Nintendo but I wish I had put Aran Samus or Dante up there

I obviously never played Kid Icarus, but I was born three years before the NES hit U.S.A. shores

I picked other, cause its a tough choice, there's a lot of really good ones for me.

Id have to say, possibly Fei Fong Wong, From Xenogears. Only one game, but that game had a huge impact on me with the storyline.

Of the ones listed, I choose Yoshi, though he's not quite my all-time favorite. My favorite might actually be Donkey Kong. I think he's a totally awesome gorilla. Mumbo Jumbo, Banjo, Kratos from God of War, and Fox McCloud are some other favorites of mine.

Failing to include Link and Samus (but including Pit, wtf?) is heresy.

My other vote goes to Link, btw.
