Well, that's not true. You wouldn't have Francis York Morgan without Dale Cooper, but you would have Dale Cooper without Francis York Morgan. In fact, for many years you had Dale Cooper without Francis York Morgan.
Also, the right answer is Zach.
Fox Mulder, rowwrr.
I still think the best block of TV maybe ever was The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. followed by The X-Files. It didn't hurt that both Bruce Campbell and David Duchovny were super cute... Sigh...
I was a weird girl. Screw it, I still am a weird girl.
First season Cooper is the best and an amazing character. Second season Cooper was kind of a dick.
Currently watching season 2 right now, how is he a dick? I don't see it. And season 1 Cooper is amazing, you are correct
He, Sheriff Truman, Ed and the other 'normals' of the show (relatively speaking) seemed to be way more judging of the 'abnormals' with a lot of sideways glances and the like. In the first season they were still the 'normals' but seemed to go along with the crazy. In season 2 they just seem like they don't even want to associate with the 'abnormals'.
Neither of those two. My choice goes to Tommy Lee Jones in The Fugitive...
He was a U.S. Marshal not an FBI agent.
I'd pick Dale Cooper, mostly because I'm a bigger fan of Twin Peaks than Deadly Premonition. But I honestly don't think I'd want either of them to solve an actual crime. They're both a tad loopy.
