My totally unrealistic wishes are Mike Kulas and/or Chris Avellone.
Who would YOU like to see/hear on E3 2012 bombcasts?
Levine would be great even though there not showing Bioshock.. He probs wont go himself? And i'd like to hear Casey Hudson explain what happened to ME3...
All you really need is Brad Muir and the Harmonix crew(John Drake, Eric Pope) on Day 1, Adam Boyes and Johnny V on Day 2, and Adam Sessler and Justin McElroy on Day 3. Done deal. That's E3.

I'd like a podcast that didn't have 50 people talking over each other.
I disagree
Michael Pachter. Jeff's co-guested with him on GameTrailer's Bonus Round I think, so it's not impossible. I used to hate Pachter, but now I like him. I don't always agree with his predictions, but I think he makes for good conversation. If I recall, he's been on the Bombcast already, too. I love to hear him crackin' open a beer with the boys in the house they usually rent in LA for the convention.

they couldn't get that place this year

Aw, damn. That place was feelin' like a tradition at this point. Well, I hope they don't settle for some boring straight-laced hotel.
I made a list last year, which came in handy for a certain quest on the site, and I'm looking forward to see who joins the class of 2012.
The E3 Bombcast Hall of Fame
These are the distinguished ladies and gentlemen that have received the honor of appearing on one or more of the infamous E3 Bombcasts. This elite group of individuals will forever be remembered in the annals of Giant Bomb history.
Sadly, some members of the Hall of Fame do not qualify for person pages here on the site. They are:
- Leigh Alexander (2009 Day 2, 2010 Day 3)
- Justin McElroy (2011 Day 2)
- Dan Ryckert (2011 Day 2)
- Christian Nutt (2011 Day 3)
E3 2008 | E3 2009 | E3 2010 | E3 2011 |
---|---|---|---|
Day 00 | Day 00 | Day -01 | Day 00 |
Day 01 | Day 01 | Day 00 | Day 01 |
Day 02 | Day 02 | Day 01 | Day 02 |
Day 03 | Day 03 | Day 02 | Day 03 |

WHAAAT! Awh man, that sucks. Got a source?
@Marino: Wow. That's a lot of dudes. I had forgotten about most of them.
I would love to see a podcast cross over. Anyone from 8-4, gamespot or weekend confirmed (shack news) would be awesome
Atlus's PR manager Aram Jabbari and anyone else from Atlus USA.

unrealistic, Jack tretton. Realistic(ish), Cliff Blezinsky (I think it would be fun if anything)
Cliff is very realistic seeming he is in a bunch of Mega64 stuff, and we all know giantbomb is a little more well known.
I never want to hear Leigh Alexander again.
But I would like to hear Adam Sessler, Geoff Keighley would be cool, Johnny V of course, pretty much a lot of cool people that were on it in years past, and the final groups of people that I would love to hear on the bombcast would be Jim Sterling and the Cheap Ass Gamer guys!
I don't care who they get as long as Justin McElroy comes back again. That Sherlock Holmes bit was probably one of my all time favorite moments in any podcast. I think I nearly died watching that live.

@deadmanforking said:This. The event podcasts always suck if you're not drinking and chatting live while watching. All the guests are better when they're in the studio and there isn't a dozen of them, with the exception of Johnny V making an ass of himself. The event podcasts are good for nabbing guests they can't normally get in house, such as indie developers and folks on the east coast.I'd like a podcast that didn't have 50 people talking over each other.
Agreed, I'm in the UK so catching them live isn't gonna happen, and listening in on the podcasts the next day is mostly a 'too many cooks' type situation.
That being said:
-Bed Muir
-Justin McElroy
-Paul Barnett
-David Jaffe
-Adam Sessler
-Rich Gallup
-Tim Schafer
-Johnny V
-Matt Rorie
-Will Smith
