He's basically naked now. 

What I find the weirdest is not the fact that he shaved it but when he shaved it. he shaved... at work? Half way through the live show? What an odd decision.

He wanted to look shifty for PAX, mission accomplished.

To be perfectly honest, I expected him to shave it live on camera. Oh well!

It disappeared after John Drake mentioned it, lets blame him.

It's so that tonight's alcohol-induced vomiting won't get stuck under his nose.

I can't believe users are so fascinated by the Giantbomb staff that it goes this far. The memes and jokes are cool and funny to talk about, but talking about their personal lives, girlfriends, and facial hair is just...wow.

It was giving him an unfair advantage in Dance Central.

Same reason everyone was changing clothes every hour - just to troll us.

It looked kind of off. I guess I just got used to looking at him without that. I would probably get used to it but think he looks better without it.

The stache worked as well on Jeff as mine did on me and that's why he shaved it.

A solo 'stache is hard to grow. It's one of the weakest areas of my beard, though it's filled in now. It just took longer.
 
Maybe he just couldn't give it the time it needed to look beautiful. Maybe it just wasn't how he pictured it. I think he looks fine with or without.

He had to give it away to the first subscriber. He's actualy commited to giving a moustache to every subscriber eventualy. If you get a gray moustache in the post sometime in 2027 then you'll know why. It's a big commitment but I respect it.

He got confused with a pedophile guy featured on DATELINE - Predators so he instantly went home and shaved his mustache off!!!!!

I was surprised when he shaved it off mid-show, I like him without the 'stache if I'm gonna be honest.

I hope he didn't shave it because he thought people were making fun of him. I was making jokes but I think Jeff is awesome, trash 'stache or not. :( 
 
Considering his ever-changing wardrobe though, I think it was his subtle way of messing with the viewers. Especially because there seemed to be no acknowledgement of the clothing changes.

Because he is not a: Fireman, Police Officer, Homosexual, Mexican or Hawaiian, (maybe European royalty too). If you don't fit into one of those 5 descriptions, you cannot have a mustache.

I have an image in my head of Jeff finishing a segment, looking in a mirror and saying to himself "John Drake was right".
