This is part of a school project of mine and I need some research, so if you could kindly reply with your opinion. Remember this reflects your opinion, so if you don't think Move has a lower fidelity, then don't vote for it.
If you are buying Move, then go here to http://www.giantbomb.com/forums/general-discussion/30/why-will-you-be-buying-sony-move/432439/
Thanks
Why won't you be buying Sony Move?
Well I probably won't be getting it because (until I see some more convincing games) I don't see the value in it, but I don't really care about it's price relative to the wii? And also when you say it doesn't have higher fidelity, what are you talking about there? wii? wii motion plus, kinect?
Yeah, I will be buying it. Because I have to have everything, besides it'll be like a Wii remote that actually works. That's pretty awesome
I wasn't going to respond but then you said 'would you kindly' and suddenly I was compelled to reply :o
I chose E. Other: I don't care - I don't have a PS3, but if I did, I still wouldn't care; there's just nothing about it (or motion controls in general) that really interests me.
" I think you sort of forget about "E. I have no desire for motion controls". At least, that's the reason I don't care for Kinect, Move or even the Wii. "
I'll be getting Kinect instead.
The games look cool but the interface is what i really want Kinect for.

None of the above. I'm not going to buy it, yet, because I have yet to see somebody make something amazing of this. Until that happens, I'm not buying it.
And no, it is NOT a rip-off of the Wii.
Not only do I already have a Wii, but the only game I have for it that couldn't be done just as well or better without motion control is Sin and Punishment. I suppose the next Zelda game might be a second one, assuming it doesn't suck. What the Wii needed was a right analog stick so you could turn in an FPS without pushing the cursor at the sides of the screen. The Move doesn't have one. Turning by moving the cursor at the side of the screen was okay for Metroid, but in anything fast paced it's just not going to work well.
I've always thought they should just put an IR or other pointing device and accelerometers in a regular controller. Wouldn't that work better? Just stick a IR thing right where the USB plug is on a Dualshock. Now you've got a functional controller that can also be used to point at the screen, and can be shaken to play gimmicky 'shake the controller' games. Why didn't Sony just do that?
Because motion control in general is ridiculous and a terrible trend. But I definitely put the move way above the crap that is kinect.
I'd say the fact that I don't own a PS3 to be a fairly large contributing factor.
Even if i did have one though, I'm not very interested in it. Kinect either really. Although Dance Central looks dope.
Shouldn't there be a few more options on that poll, for people considering buying Move?
I'm still torn, because the Wii controls have not impressed me that much from what I've played (in fact I thought Heavy Rain's subtle use of the Sixaxis was more impressive) but if Move is better implemented and there will actually be games that utilize it well - I might actually be interested.
