I'm awaiting the NA release date of Parasite Eve : The 3rd Birthday... at least I hope there is an NA release announced soon.

Depends.  Square Enix is actually delaying the game's release in proportion to your impatience.

Demo is coming out on PS3 in Japan in about a week...

Game will probably come out in Japan this year on PS3.

Because of the 360 version, I don't know if we can expect the US version in 2010 or 2011.
