Its a power and not an item, but there is little difference in CO.

 

The best item find that I got in a game would have to be "Weed" in the game Elders Scroll Morrowind.

i'm not sure but that is pretty funny name for a weapon but it isn't the full name. 
 
reminds me of south park make love not warcraft. sword of a thousand truths.  when burning crusade beta came out they added that to one of the merchants. i don't think it's the worst but pretty funny to talk about it.
