I was just wondering what some of the first videogames people played were.
Mine was Super Street Fighters

Not really sure if first, but one of the earlier ones was Cliffhanger, back in 1985. I was 3 years old. Good times, good times...
We had a friend who was older than me and he took me to this club, club as in a dark room with a pool table, some booze and just guys playing cards and talking about women. I was only like 6-7 so i obviously did not sit with them or anything but instead was sat infront of this small tv and a NES hooked up on it. I remember they had a stash of games but the 2 games i remember the most are TMNT, not the arcade port but the first one and Mission Impossible, where i vividly remember its top down graphics and getting run over by gigantic cars on the road again and again.
The first console i owned was a Sega Master System which at that point had Alex Kidd built into it, it wasent a very good game even for its time. I later got a Nintendo and my first game was Bionic Commando which i really enjoyed.
The first game i ever really loved was Castlevania 3: Draculas Curse, other games were fun like Mario but it wasent something that got your imagination going, just a fat italian plumber jumping around.
When i first saw a Mortal Kombat 2 cabinet at our arcades was a life changing experience, i was in awe
