Wait, did you scan that or something? I can't tell you my favorite, but my least favorite would definitely be Phantom Brave: We Meet Again. The special box art is nice, but remove the sleeve and you will be bombarded with more colors than you knew existed.

I thought the standard Demon's Souls box sucked. It's even a photoshop'd screencap from one of the trailers. The deluxe box on the other hand is awesome.

That. It's so similar to the first game's box art, yet very different. I think it's absolutely brilliant.
Apart from AC2, it has to be Borderlands. Goddamn, that game's box art is just straight-up badass.
