The in-car view looked like crap in that Forza 3 demo at E3. Sorry bud.

Customization-wise, Forza has vynils. I'm not sure if it has anything else GT doesn't, like performance, tires, tuning, etc.Graphics... Be realistic. GT5 is superior.
Right before that it says "Graphics" In terms of graphics, GT5 looks way better.
