MGS4 or LBP? Which to get?

MGS, as the dude with the creative name above me said, you can watch alot of LBP and get an idea for it, although the create a level is pretty cool, but be warned you have to be prepared for cut scene after cut scene in MGS, however I feel that's more of a game than LBP, LBP was fun but still, and I got bored of it after a while.

Good points above and all. I do have both games, but the thing is are you a social gamer? Meaning, do you have people coming over, and maybe just start some Rock Band or something? Because maybe a fellow person who does games for a hobby can get into you playing MGS4, but the normal people out there will be able to actually partake in LBP. And get a laugh out of it.

Thanks for all replies guys, but you didn't have to give me advice. I know what both the games are about. I just needed to pick one randomly, so I decided to get the one that has the most support from my Giant Bomb homies :)
Well, thanks anyway! Hopefully I'll make a blog post about the PS3 and all the stuff I bought during last week.

Honestly, you should get both. I voted MGS4 - but in the end you'll be happy with both games. They are so different, yet so fun. You can't go wrong either way really. And they've both been out long enough to where you might be able to get them both used. Although I'm not sure how much you'd save by doing that.
EDIT- and then I scrolled up and noticed you took my advice 8 hours before I gave it. Impressive. ;-)

Both good. MGS4 is better, however.
