Racism in video games.

Remember the whole Resident Evil fiasco?  I think most everyone thought that was complete bullshit.

But there was something before that which was even more fail.

Video games, of all things.
Why let you're personal opinions get offended by something (which isn't even meant to be offensive) which is meant for entertainment purposes. Video games aren't trying to teach you how to run your lives.

The main problem is Reli-

This is very similar to the Mr. T "anti-gay" Snickers ad.

It all boils down to people being so insecure in themselves, that they look for offence and harrasment everywere. And when you are paranoid and looking for something, you can convince yourself to see things where nothing exsists.

I always roll my eyes with the Resident Evil 5 thing. If it's such a big deal then why no fuss over Leon killing Spanish zombies in Resident Evil 4? I mean what message does that give? That Africans should be cared more about then people of Spanish ethnicity? As someone who's part Spaniard I find that kind of well racist.

The most racist and stereotypical game of all time IMO is Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! Just watch what happens when Mr. Sandman beats you.

There's no doubt that it has racial and stereotypical parts in it, but that Resident Evil 5 thing is crap. That's like saying Call of Duty is racist against whites.

Why is it always people who don't play video games the ones that start this? When it comes to racism it's always crazy. Look at Jesse Jackson and Barack Obama.
