more of a "DUDE THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!" moment, but the end of Crisis Core. i sat still, just thinking about the game for about 5 mins.
FFXII was the first FF i played, and i thought it was awesome. got me into RPGs on the PS2.

Sephiroths attack where he blows up the solar system. I also said JC in a different context when someone tried to tell me that that actually happened and was part of the story, and wasn't done just to hype up the power of it.
Kefka, specifically all scenes that had him laughing.
Microwave hall in MGS4. Having to tap triangle that fast for that long made me relate to Snake as he struggled to keep going. Started to tear up during it because I got so into it.
Part of Eternal Darkness where you suddenly get decapitated. And continue to run around.
Silent Hill. The entire game. I was 11 when the game came out and the beginning of it scared me so bad I didn't play the game again until three years later.
The final two months of Persona 3 were loaded with shocking moments.
FF12. Hated that game more than FF8, and I loath FF8. Once killed a man because he thought Squall was a really interesting and complex character.
The character animations from the original Siren. Also, lol at the voice acting.

Two instantly come to mine but ive had so many - both in Call of Duty 4. First when one of your characters die and two, the last 10 seconds of the last level [not the airplane level].

The first time I had to wade through that swamp segment in Metal Gear Solid 3 : Snake Eater was pretty damn sweet... especially at the end when it kills you and you have to pop the pill in your tooth.

The first time I played my Ps3 on my HDTV was pretty cool. It was the moment coming out of the sewer at the start of Oblivion. Just wow. Oh and the Obvious MGS4 reference.
