Haven't played it, but from what I saw, nothing about that is satirical. What is being subverted? What's the message? If you just do the same thing as what you are supposedly satirizing, or even go further with it, that doesn't make it satire. Maybe that was your goal, but you didn't achieve it so it doesn't matter.
James Bond didn't give girls gifts and he doesn't stare at their bodies and try to not let them notice him doing so. So they made it more Japanese porn game.... okay? There is nothing satirical about that.
While I agree with you on some parts (specifically, that this feels more like a straight example of dating games instead of a failed attempt at parodying and subverting them), I feel like I should leave this here, since its pretty good a response to your (our ?) position:
Poe's law: Without a blatant display of humor, it is impossible to create a parody of extremism or fundamentalism that someone won't mistake for the real thing.
