2nd graders are using Twitter

Sorry I don't have a link, it was just on the news (TV). Apparently, there's this computer class that 2nd graders are taking in school and they've started using Twitter and they were talking about how it teaches them math (because of the 140 character limit) and how to spell (obvious). All of a sudden, I feel lame for using Twitter now.

Just because little kids use Twitter doesn't make it lame.

I guess I'm the oldest one here because I had to Google search and find out what the hell 'Twitter' is. That, and I remember a time when we used pencils and paper in class, not computers. <sigh>

So what exactly do they Twitter?
