#3 is a toss up between a dozen movies. 
Those include: 
Swingers, Rounders, Mallrats, Saving Private Ryan, Temple of Doom, Oceans 11, and many many many more. 
 
I like good movies, but the ones I like the most are the ones I can watch over and over and over and never get bored seeing. In other words, I like smart films, but I like enjoyable ones more.
