Whoa!

It's a Community Game. It's 800 Microsoft Points. It's not really even a game, but music software. Review sites aren't reviewing it. News sites aren't posting it's press release.

Yet still; 800 sales in 5 days.

I'm freaking out waiting for MS to update the numbers. They update them around 4 PM PST the next day, which is crazy. I wanna know yesterdays sales but it'll be another 12 hours until they update. D:

Cool to see that it is doing well for some reason I always thought that it was a xbox live arcade game and not one of the community games.

For those that have no idea what this is about check out the game its gamepage here on giant bomb, there are also some videos showing the "game" in its forums.

(i'm using an old backup pc that runs millennium so i am afraid that i can't hotlink anything)

I'm assuming I spent about $200 on ezmuze+ specific stuff. Skillz probably spent around $200 too.

Most of the materials used were either free or already purchased before starting development, so the cost was pretty low. The only true costs were an XBOX Live Gold account and a $99 a year XNA Premium account. I bought a few VST plugins too. The XBOX 360 was donated to me.

XNA Studio, Visual C# Studio, XACT, Buzz Tracker and all that sort of stuff is freeware. :)

I wish I had the skills to make my own game, but I'm still only in first year at university. Sigh. Two years from now will be another story!
