All-mesh computer chair?

Does anyone sit on a computer chair with an all mesh back and bottom? Is it comfortable? Leather was the WORST idea. My current chair is a biohazard. If I put it out on the street I'd be taken downtown for attempted bio-terrorism. I was thinking of getting an all-mesh chair (or at the very least one with a mesh bottom) so...y'know...my asshole and back wouldn't sweat like crazy. I'm not a really sweaty guy, either. It's just, I presume, the leather not breathing. I've used fabric cleaner and just a week later it smells like a paper mill.

Help.

Target has a cheap one for like $40. But it's not the most comfortable

@BoogieWithStu: hey man, have you tried putting baking soda or a baking soda scent remover on the chair, worked on the old chair I inherited at work.

I had one from Staples that was like $200. Most comfortable chair I ever had, and it reclined too. Now I use a standing desk though, so I gave it to my parents. My mom uses it in her office and she loves it

Also febreze? Probably won't work well

My chair is mesh in the middle of the seat, upper back and head rest but leather on the sides of the seat, lower back, sides of the head rest and wrapped around the back. The only problem I've ever had is crumbs, dirt, etc getting into the mesh and being a real pain to get out. It's like trying to brush gravel out of a thick carpet. The more you try the deeper it goes.

I'm in the same boat as you, but without the smell. Bought this leather office chair at Office Depot and the cushion was flat in a month. Like sitting on a steel plate. I have pillows under my ass now.

I get the same problem during the Summer, I've been thinking of getting a bean bag chair, those look comfortable.

Mine is very comfortable, never notice the mesh, or barely any back support, it's fine.

Awesome. I think I might go for one. I don't mind spending some real money on one. I do so much from this stupid chair it'd be worth it.

My university has them. They're comfortable enough. I'm not sure what brand they are, but the mesh definitely isn't a problem.

The ones I've sat in are comfortable as desk chairs, they give a lot of support. They're usually really expensive from what I've seen though.
