An issue with gamespot... nah

So i just typed gamespot on the search bar to see how many posts were up and.... wow.



I came from gamespot, but I wasn't really into the forums, soI just blogged there. My blog was read, but I didn't feel part of the community.
So, I'm trying different web-pages now. Did you or do you form part of the gamespot community?

Another GameSpot post? Hmmm... (P.S. There were already a ton of threads asking this question when the site was first put up.)

I used to always go to GS but only for reviews and the occasional videos / video reviews. Especially E3 coverage. Then once they put that annoying Kristin (name?) twat on, I just got completely turned off of GameSpot. Was never a big member of the boards.

I used to go there on occasion, but to be honest, I never really liked Gamespot.

I hate Gamespot itself. I just used to go their for my friends and for unions but I eventually grew bored.

I used to be a System Wars regular and was member of a few unions. But I left it after coming to GB.

Gamespot has the best forums, the lay out is good and the boards are active. Sometimes I wish I wasnt banned. GB is very inactive for some reason.

Yes, my activity in GameSpot deteriorated prior to the launch of Giant Bomb, and ceased to exist once it launched.

Every time I posted at gamespot, the other users were dicks.  It's much more friendly here, as long as you're not trying to start shit and you have some common sense.

Most of those were probably created in the first week or so. Luckily the GameSpot threads have died down since then. Unfortunately every now and then someone decides to come along and create a thread about GameSpot and... well, nothing really. There's nothing to really take away from this topic. So people created a lot of threads about GameSpot in Giant Bomb's early days. What does that have to do with anything?

Yes, I was a fairly active user of Gamespot, though after recently realizing that Giantbomb is a superior community, my activity on there has plummeted. 

I dislike Gamespot. Their reviews used to be good, now they are just outright terrible.

i still go there because i've been using the website for years now..its kinda hard to stop

it's practically my homepage. but i'm kinda growing on giantbomb now.

I was a Gamespotter. I made the exodus when all the people worth listening to/watching left the building.

Huh? You ever read their early reviews? Check out the "staff" review of SotN. Or Wild Arms. I could write better reviews than that (and have), and let's face it, I have room for improvement (I'm good, but could be better)."

There are enough Gamespot threads, you should have posted in one of those.  Or, you know, go to Gamespot and discuss that website on those forums.
