Hello Giant Bombers,
I need your help in order to pass through the first round of the 2010 People's Champ Comedy Competition. If you like comedy, feel free to come out to The Cobalt this Sunday and check out the show. I do not ask for you to just automatically vote for me, only do so if you feel I deserve it.

I'm in Vic and I'd come if I wasn't working that night, but I'm there in spirit. As a former stand-up comedian myself I know how daunting that shit can be when you don't have anyone in your corner.

@Broitman: I've been doing fairly well in the contest, so far. I heard they have started doing amateur nights out at Hecklers, you should check it out. I grew up in Prince George, so all of my close friends live there. I prefer they don't come to every show anyways. I like going up to PG every so often with an act. Although, they closed Yuk Yuk's here and re-opened it under a new name, the Comedy MIX. Which ended up screwing me, because I have to start from scratch with the club, again.

@Kolonel_Kool: That is good to know, I loved going there. It was a great place to take work associates and colleges while in Vancouver and the wait staff was great. Plus it was a great place to see both professional and amateur comedians.
