I'm actually in Philly right now for the weekend. I'm originally from Philly, so I'm here all the time, but seriously the fact that I can't get a Blizzard in New York pains me man, it pains me.
@Stunt: I read it. I just don't care so much. We've got Friendly's, and by me, there's plenty of independent ice cream shops to keep me happy for awhile. Oh, and Rita's, but I barely touch that place.
...did I mention there are two ice cream trucks competing in my town? Good stuff.
Also, been to DQ back when I lived in CT, and they're alright. I can live without 'em though.
@JackiJinx: You talking about that new Friendly's that just opened up in Staten Island? Haven't gone there yet but that's the only one I know of so far.
One in Jersey I know of, but not one in NYC that I know of; not like I really care as its a rarity it for me to have if ever which i think i've been to one like twice.
